In a testament to the quality of airmen and women who come through the Georgia Installation, the Warner Robins Air Logistics Training and Professional Development Division has been selected by Training Magazine as one of the top 125 organizations for the third year in a row.
Robins' training division, which came in at number 60 on the annual list, earned high marks for its integrated education and training services for the base's workforce - even earning the highest scores of all organizations surveyed in the Human Resources category, according to the military press.
"It shows our organization is in tune with customer needs and executing our mission properly," Mark Brotherton of the division's resource and planning branch told the news provider. "It's not just about doing our job but following our leadership's vision."
Training Magazine's list has been running each year for the past 10 years, and annually draws hundreds of military and civilian training organizations to compete for the elite distinction. These training groups are judged by a number of criteria including training budget and number of annual training hours per employee.
