Base Location: The Naval Weapons Station at Seal Beach is located in Seal Beach, CA around 6 miles southeast of Long Beach, CA. The station lies west of Westminster, CA, with the cities of Surfside, Sunset Beach and Huntington Beach all in a row, to the south at about 2, 4 and 8 miles distance away. Just north of the station is the city of Rossmoor, and just above that is Los Alamitos, at around 4 miles from the base.
