Orientation:  Fort Gillem, in Forest Park, Georgia, is a satellite installation of Headquarters, U.S. Army Garrison, Fort McPherson.  As such, the two posts share temporary lodging facilities. There are 70 guest rooms at Fort McPherson and 8 guest rooms at Fort Gillem.  Each room has a microwave/refrigerator and  the visiting officer quarters at Fort Gillem also include kitchenettes.  Pets are not allowed, however, lodging staff can help travelers locate local boarding facilities.  Fort Gillem Map
